These Terms of Use apply to the Drunkle Pat app for iPhone and Apple Watch, published by Slover Digital. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
1. Entertainment only
Drunkle Pat is a comedy entertainment app. The character on screen reacts to a tilting gesture. The app does not measure, estimate or track alcohol consumption, blood alcohol content, impairment or anything about your body, and nothing in the app should ever be treated as an indication of sobriety or fitness to drive, operate machinery or do anything else.
2. No encouragement of drinking
The app does not require, promote or encourage the consumption of alcohol. You do not need any drink, alcoholic or otherwise, to use it. If you do choose to drink, drink responsibly, follow the laws where you live, and never drink and drive.
3. Age requirement
The app is intended for people of legal drinking age in their place of residence. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Purchases
Optional in app purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases unlock cosmetic and entertainment content only. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. License
We grant you a personal, non transferable, non exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The app, its characters, artwork, animations and music are the property of Slover Digital and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app in any situation where distraction could cause harm, including while driving or operating machinery, and do not use it to pressure anyone into drinking.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slover Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version will always be at this page.
